Golfarinkunnas is a semidetached villa in the Golf Resort area. Villas were ready in 2014. In the winter cross country skiing tracks are close and summer time villa is surrounded by golf course.

Villas are suitable for small families.

The villa has two floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds, fireplace, sauna+shower+toilet.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a toilet.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery, blender, reclette grill.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, 2 x DVD/Blue Ray player, MP3/CD player, speakers in the sauna, Wi-Fi, high chair, baby cot, washing machine, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower+toilet,

Charging station for electric cars

There is charging station for electric cars in the villa. Charging fee is 15 €/day and it is charged according to the duration of the booking.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in the villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include final cleaning.
Obligatory final cleaning 66 € will be charged with each reservation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
