Himalaja is a single villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has three floors and four bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen and dining area and two bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs two bedrooms, open loft-area and a toilet.

Downstairs is a big sauna and a toilet. Also a drying room for ski clothes, and a separate room for storing skis and other equipment.

Carport for 2 cars.

Bedrooms:

In the entrance floor 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, and a loft with 2 single beds.

There are two extra footstool-cubicles which can be opened up as extra mattresses.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, internet, electric heating, fireplace, 1 bag of fire wood, sauna + shower + 3 x toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer,
airing cupboard for skiing clothes, iron with ironing board, utility room for drying washed clothes, high chair for child, potty.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accommodation price includes one bag of firewood. More can be bought from Himos Center reception.

Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Obligatory final cleaning 199 € and linen and towels ready made 20 € / passenger is charged with each reservation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
