Kuikanhovi A is a semi-detached house in the aeria of Himos Ykkönen. Here you can enjoy the beautiful scenery to West-Himos slopes and you are close to all services in Himos aeria.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms and an alcove.
In the entrance floor 1 bedroom, sauna, bathroom and an utility room.

In the second floor there is kitchen, living room, toilet and 1 bedroom.

From the kitchen there is access to both back yard and terrace.

Upstairs is 1 bedroom and a sleeping alcove.

Bedrooms:

Entrance floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is sofabed for 2 people in the utililty room.

Second floor has 1 bedroom with doublebed.

Third floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sleeping alcove with 2 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refridgerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, DVD-player, wi-fi, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, air source heat pump, gas grill, outdoor jacuzzi, car port.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

There is only decorative fireplace in the cottage, and it is not in use.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 106 € will be charged with reservation.

Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
