Nevada is a single luxury villa in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos).
It is built right beneath the North-Himos slopes, the cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage. In the summer time the hiking paths start close by.

This spacious villa is decorated in modern style with good quality materials. Villa is suitable for both groups and families.

The cottage has 2 floors.
In the entrance floor is kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms (2 x 80 cm bed each room). All bedrooms have private TV, shower & toilet) and large terrace with view to Patalahti-lake.

Downstairs 1 bedroom (2 x 80 cm bed), sauna, utility room and living room.
2 extra sleeping places on downstairs sofa.

There is a heated garage for 2 cars for occupants’ use.

Accomodation price doesn’t include final cleaning or sheets. Obligatory final cleaning 199 € and set of sheets and towel 15 € /person will be charged with reservation.

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During high season the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically.

No pets.

Downstairs 1 bedroom (2 x 80 cm bed) and sofa bed in living room.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.

Kitchen equipment:

Fridge-freezer, tableware, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, cleaning utensils, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna, 5 showers, 4 toilets, TV in the hobby-room and in all bedrooms, home theatre system, Adsl Internet connection, air source heat pump during the summer.
The utility room has an iron and an ironing board, washing machine, tumble-dryer and an airing cupboard.
There is a gas barbecue on the terrace.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning.
Obligatory final cleaning 199 € will be charged with reservation and set of sheets and towel ready made to bed 20 € /person will be charged with reservation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
