Start the morning with sauna and a refreshing dip in the hole in the ice.
After dipping to the lake have a sauna and start the day with a rejuvenated spirit!
Bring your own bathing suit and towel. The sauna is public, there is one common wardrobe which is shared with all the bathers.
Price 7 € / person
Sauna is heated between 8-10 o’clock, please arrive according to your own schedule directly to the Lakeside sauna
If you are new to the winter swimming, bear in mind:
– Walk carefully, mind the slippery spots
– Do not jump or dive into the lake, descend slowly to the water by breathing long breaths through your mouth
– Get up from the water slowly and steadily
– Wrap yourself into the towel and walk to the sauna
Remember to drink fluids! Immersing yourself for the cold boosts your circulation and metabolism.
