Villa Sarekka is a single villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has 2 floors and 4 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a spacious livingroom, kitchen, fireplace, and 2 bedrooms, sauna+shower and a toilet.

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and loft.
Baby safety gate at the top of the stairs.

The villa is equipped with an electric outdoor jacuzzi on the backyard.

Bedrooms:

In the entrance floor is 2 bedrooms, other with 2 single beds and other with double bed.

Upstairs 2 bedroom both with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.

Loft with 2 single beds.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils

Blankets and pillows, cleaning utensils, TV, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, baby safety gate, outdoor jacuzzi,

Good to know:

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 106 € will be charged with reservation.

Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
