Villa Tähkä is a single villa in the area of HimosYkkönen, building year February 2009.
In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has two floors and four bedrooms.

In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen and dining area, fireplace, sauna and 3 bedrooms.

Upstairs is 1 bedroom and loft with TV.

There is baby safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with double bed.

Upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Loft with 1 single bed and 1 double bed.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator/freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, washing machine, TV, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower + 2 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, air source heat pump, baby safety gate, electric grill.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.

The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 106 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
