Toy Museum

Toy Museum Helminauha has some 8,000 toys on display in a collection that includes toys from the 20th century all the way to the present day. The museum has antique objects and toys, with which Finnish have played as well as a stage and costumes for role-playing. The Toy Museum is also home to the Chamber of Horror (Kauhukammari), where you can meet the witch Nanni Mänttäri’s family – if you dare!
The museum also has an exhibit displaying Arabia dishware. There are sports fields and playgrounds on the museum grounds where you can play a variety of outdoor games. There is also a nature path nearby, where you can organise a treasure hunt.

 

The Toy Museum is open from June 1st to July 30th, 2024, Tuesday to Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM.
By appointment, open for groups in May and August (minimum of 10 people).
Admission fees: Adults €10, Children €5, children under 3 years old enter for free.
