Albatross is a single villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. Villas was ready in December 2007. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has three floors and four bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a spacious livingroom with TV, kitchen and dining room, fireplace and two bedrooms.

Sauna and two bedrooms are located downstairs. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi and a separate storage room for skis.

Loft with two single beds.

Bedrooms:

In the entrance floor 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.

Downstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with doublebed.
Loft with 2 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, gas grill (only on summertime).

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
