Himos Huvilla is a single villa close to Himos Areena. In the winter West-slopes are near and summer time a short way to Lake Patalahti. It is a walking distance to Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has two floors and three bedrooms.
In the entrance floor kitchen, living room, bedroom sauna, fireplace, toilet, terrace, outdoor jacuzzi.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms and toilet.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. There is also a small sleeping alcove with two mattresses.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, Internet, electric heating, fireplace storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, outdoor jacuzzi, storage room for skis, electric grill,
baby travel cot.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi. The renting price 160 €/reservation is cherged with each reservation.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Obligatory final cleaning 85 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
