Comfortable semi-detached cottage without common wall with a neighbor. 3 bedrooms + loft, sauna, well equipped kitchen, beautiful location close to out-door sporting trails both winter and summer time.
The cottage is located in Central-Himos area, between Northern and Western slopes. When the cross country ski-tracks are opened you can hop on the skis from the backyard. Also available for long-term renting.

The cottage is built in 3 floors. In the entrance floor a sitting room and a spacious kitchen corner with dining table for ten people and an elegant fireplace. In this floor also two bedrooms, both with two separate beds. The other bedrooms has it’s own balcony. Downstairs of the cottage is a sauna with shower room, toilet and one bedroom with two single beds and private entrance. There are two doors out from the downstairs.

On the loft four separate beds. The stairs up to the loft are fairly steep but with good hand rails.

In the entrance floor 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Loft with 4 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator-freezer,electric stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, cleaning equipment, TV, DVD-player, cd-radio-player, airing cupboard for clothes, fireplace, sauna, 2 x toilet (downstairs+entrance floor).

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this cottage.

Movable hot tubs are not allowed in this cottage.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning.

Obligatory final cleaning 160 € will be charged with reservation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
