Himoskuovi A is a semidetached villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.Here you can also enjoy beautiful scenery to golf course.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has 2 floors.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, fireplace, toilet, sauna+shower and two bedrooms.
Upstairs separate sleeping area and a comfortable sitting area.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 2 bedrooms, one with doublebed, and one with 2 single beds.
Upstairs in the loft is separate sleeping area with 2 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils,

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, electric heating, fireplace, sauna+shower, toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Obligatory final cleaning 80 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
