Kotkanpesä is a semi-detached villa in the Länsihuippu area. In the winter West-Himos slopes are close and during summer time you can enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings.
It was ready in January 2007.
Villa is suitable for families as well as business clients and groups.

In the entrance floor is kitchen and living room, sauna and three bedrooms, each with two single beds.

Good to know:
Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 160 € will be charged with each reservation.
Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.
During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
