Salavantakunen 3B is a semidetached villa in the Golf Resort area, close to Himos Patalahti golf course.

Villas are suitable for small families.

The villa has two floors and 2 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is livingroom with TV, kitchen, bedroom and sauna. There is also terrace with outdoor jacuzzi.
Upstairs is one bedroom, sleeping alcove and toilet.

Villa is combinable with the neighbouring apartment (Salavantakunen 3B), if both parts are reserved for the same company.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Upstairs is one bedroom and one sleeping alcove, both wiht 2 single beds. There is also 2 sofabeds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refridgerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, gas grill (only in use during summertime), outdoor jacuzzi, outside electrical outlet for car heating.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Villa is combinable with the neighbouring apartment (Salavantakunen 3B), if both parts are reserved for the same company.

Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
