Leijonanluola is a single villa in the developing Golf Resort-area. It will be ready in May 2023 and it offers high quality accommodation to both families and companies.
The villa has beautiful scenery to the golf course.

On the entrance floor there is 2 bedrooms, meeting room and a storage room for skiing and golf equipment. The meeting room is for 12 people and is equipped with modern conference technique. There is a separate 100 € / day fee for the meeting room.

On the second floor is kitchen and dining area, living room, one bedroom and a bathroom with sauna. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery to the golf course from both living room and dining area.
There is also a big balcony facing the golf course and you can enter it easily from either the dining area or sauna. There is an outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony.

On the third floor is six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Bedrooms:

There is 26 beds and sofa beds for 4 people.

There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor, one bedroom with 3 single beds and the other with 4 single beds.

On the second floor there is one bedroom with 4 single beds.

Upstairs on the third floor there are six bedrooms. 3 bedoorms have double beds and 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. One bedroom with 5 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator-freezer, electric cooker, 2 x oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine fridge, dining set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, washing machine, tumble dryer, 75″ TV and sound system, karaoke equipment, sauna,. Meeting room with 55″ TV and conference set.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

You can book the outdoor jacuzzi for use during your stay.
The renting price is 250 €/reservation if booked in advance.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 199 € will be charged with reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
