Experience the peace and quiet of summer night by the lake.
”Listen to the sound of the campfire in the dark of the evening, somewhere far away a waterfowl sings a song, feel the scents of nature and fall a sleep under the starry sky”
Journey begins from Kievari Rantapirtti at 12:00 am with a three-course meal, made by ingredients from nearby forests.
Menu:

Forest mushroom soup or Wildherb salad
Sauteed moose, Mashed potatoes and Lingonberry jam
Wild raspberry pie
After lunch, the journey continues either by kayaking or canoeing by yourself, or on a wooden riverboat to the island. On an island, the camp is set ready for you so you can relax and enjoy the nature. The island has solid rocks shaped by the ice age and a giant stone called “devil’s stone”. The dinner is brought to the camp in the evening and you can enjoy it by the campfire. Tents have reindeer hides warming up and guaranteeing a good night’s sleep. In the morning breakfast is enjoyed by the camp and later you will be picked up at prearranged time. After the journey, you can have a shower in Rantapirtti.

Clothes and shoes according to the weather conditions. Warm clothing is always recommended.
